The purpose of the Uniting Church and Home University (UCHU) is to teach and train church leaders to understand, communicate, and implement the biblical principles behind Uniting Church and Home.

Through the University, all of these needs–and many more–can be met in a way that fits within your schedule and your budget! You don’t have to invest a week of vacation and a lot of money flying across the country to a conference only to go home without any ongoing support. We will continue to sponsor conferences, but one of our goals for the University is to meet the need of ongoing support.

How Does It Work?

Each presentation and course will be available through the Institute’s website. They will include the audio MP3 files and a PDF outline to follow along. Simply add the course to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Don't forget to add any suggested resources for the course that may be of interest. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the order and a separate email with the link to your course! Just click on the link and begin downloading!

We have sectioned the courses into convenient 15-20 minute segments for ease of listening. We understand that in the fast pace of life you may not have the time to listen to the full course all at once. Listen at your own pace. This also gives you a chance to reflect and take time to digest the information.

The link to the files for downloading will remain active for 24 hours from the time it is sent to you.

Of course, we are here to help, so if you have any trouble you can contact us at anytime.

Plan For Future Development
Initially, some topics will be offered as one-two hour mini courses. Our goal is to develop these into full-length, seminary level courses. New Courses and Curriculum will be developed. A certificate program and local mentoring networks are also part of our development plan.

Our Advisory Council and Faculty

The University has a distinguished advisory council and faculty of godly leaders.
These men are faithful shepherds in their homes and their churches who share our passion for this dynamic vision for ministry.
