Instruments in the Redeemer's Hands
A book review by Eric Wallace

I love inspiring books that instill confidence and equip for immediate action. This book is one of them. It is the clearest, most thorough, biblical teaching on how to use the Word of God in real life relationships. We know God wants to use us to help others, but too often we feel inadequate for the task. We conclude that we can’t make a difference and pass the responsibility on to the pastor or someone who really “knows what they’re doing”. But God wants to use YOU to make a difference and this book will show you in very clear steps how to do so, beginning with your own family. Paul uses many examples with which the reader can readily identify to learn valuable techniques for commonly experienced challenges such as getting below the surface to the heart. This book is a blueprint for biblical relationships if there ever was one. It is encouraging. It is practical. It will provide a tremendous confidence boost to your ability to minister in any relationship. The book is also a wonderful study for couples, church staff, head of household meetings, and Sunday school.
